Lance is listening to The Killers - Andy You're a Star and feeling sooo buzzed.

Tonight has been a learning experience.

First of all, dancing is FUN after three Sambuca/Root Beer mixes, 5 jello/white rim shots and a glass of straight Sambuca. Only after that.

Thirdly, pop rap sucks, and is hard to dance to.

I totally missed secondly.

Secondly, don't mix Sambuca. Take it straight, slosh it around in your mouth, and appreciate the burn.

Man, I'm trying so hard to type nicely for you all. It's really hard typing without looking at the keyboard.

Fourthly, I need drink a bit more often.

Fifthly, after drinking I need to dance.

Okay, that's all for now, I'm really "fuck"ing tired.

Lance is listening to HIM - The Sacrament and feeling still frustrated/upset.

I'm frustrated and upset because I asked Justin to give me shifts every Saturday and Sunday after this weekend, so he goes and doesnt shift me ANY of those days. What the hell is that? I'm going to be so fucking screwed come christmas if I cant find a job that will give me the shifts I want at a fair wage.

*sigh*

IF I could be any any any animal ever, there are three that I would choose from.

First off, a wolf. A lone wolf. A lone, sexy, sleek, smart wolf. I'd roam the forests in the far north, hunting and living all on my own.

Secondly, I'd like to be some sort of kite (as in the bird of prey IE. red tailed hawk, or this (ctrl+click)). Swift, majestic, and just a bit deadly.

Thirdly, a utahraptor. Screw those pussy raptors in Jurassic Park, the utahraptor was 14 feet tall and just as quick and nimble. It didn't suffer from being a bulking behemoth like some of the large predators, and that hooked toe claw is just completely badass.

Talking about awesome animals has me in a much better mood now. Not to mention the gigantic bag of M&M's I bought. I need the chocolate to keep me going in physics.

I also decided to skip chemistry today to take the bus with Leslie home. Yay Leslie!

Man, I really like HIM. They remind me of The Tea Party, but a bit less awesome. Speaking of The Tea Party, I realy want to listen to them. I think I'll rip my older Tea Party CD and load up Mr. MP3 with it.

Speaking of MP3's, I'm considering not getting that iPod like I had previously planned. I was thinking of getting it shortly after Christmas, but after that is Brock's Birthday, Leslie's Birthday, Valentines Day, and probably something else that I can't quite remember. I'd much rather get my friends gifts than buy myself an iPod, so I think I may do just that.

Also, if anyone is interested in moving out, perhaps by summer, talk to Amanda or I. We both want to try to move out on our own over the summer, which will only really be possible if we can find someone else, and I'd rather that someone else be a friend and not some stranger who doesnt like cats or anime. Unless you dont like cats or anime, in which case Amanda and I will be willing to make an exception.

Anyways, It's almost time for physics, so I'm cutting this off here.

Also, there's a little quizlet under this post, just post the answer in this comment box for ease.

Lance is listening to Sun - Ureshikatta and feeling frustrated/upset.

Jacked from Amanda.

1. Tell me one thing you love about me.

2. Tell me two things you love about yourself.

3. Look through the comments... when you see someone you know, tell them three things you love about them.

4. Do this in your journal so I can tell you what I love about you.

Lance is listening to The Red House Painters - Trailways and feeling rebellious.

So, I'm totally skipping the last hour of math and all of Safety today, but not without due cause!

Amanda!

What a great cause!!!

Actually, I have physics homework that I want to work on tonight, and the sooner I get it done the better, and I already know everything from math and Safety is a retarded joke of a class. If there was a Safety joke it'd be something like:

Knock knock.
Who's there?
A door to door salesmen.
...

Its that simple.

Also, Amanda rocks so awesome, she bought me the second Zim DVD. What a sweetheart! Anyways, she's totally the best girl in the world, gush gush gush, swoon, hearts, bubbles, kissy faces and pandas.

Especially pandas *sinister glower*.

Anyways, the bus is going to be here soon so I am going to take off.

BUT FIRST!

If you could be any animal ever to exist, what would you be and WHY???

My answer in the next update.

P.S. I have decided on the green iPod. Fuck you, sterile silver!

P.P.S. Kyle, update you jerk!

Lance is listening to The Presidents of the United States of America - Feather Pluckn and feeling accomplished.

More iPod shenanigans.

Which color? There is Gold, Silver, Pastel Blue, Pastel Pink and Pastel Green. My personal favorites are the Blue and Pink. What do you guys think?

Colors here

Lance is listening to HIM - Poison Girl and feeling conflicted.

I come to you, the people, my people, for advice.

315$ for a normal iPod mini, or 349$ for an iPod mini with a custom engraving.

The facts
Both prices are before taxes. That's 337.05$ and 373.43$ after taxes.
The cheaper iPod is offered at NAIT. It's cheaper because of student pricing.
The more expensive iPod is offered directly from the Apple..com/ca website. Shipping and handling is free.
The engraving is a max of 2 lines of text at 23 characters each. English alphabet only.

If you think I should get the engraving, give a suggestion for what it should say. I have no idea what I would want my iPod to say and have been thinking about it for quite some time now.

Physics beckons, later.

Lance is listening to nothing and feeling tired plus a dash of cranky.

Fuck that nexopia shit. It's a bunch of fucking 14-18 year old sluts teasing and toying with the 14-18 year old asshole guys who's picture consists of either big breasted women with nice cars, themselves with their shitty car, or a car they want but will never ever have (because lets be honest kids, trafficking drugs on 121'st ave ISN'T going to get you much cash in the long run.) And what the hell is the point of going on the forums, where it's just a bunch in-crowd homies either A) joking with one another B) threatening one another with gang violence or C) flirting with some floozy. There was a thread about condoms being wrecked in wallets where a FOURTEEN YEAR OLD kid posted "Shit, I better get mine out of there!" I replied, "You're fucking FOURTEEN, what the hell do you need a condom for, balloon animals?"

Fuck that shit.

Hi5 is a smaller, more friendly community. Unfortunately, the search function sucks, but I'm going to hold out at this place in hopes of majoy renovations later. Here's a personalized link of some sort I'm supposed to give out.

Click me!

Enjoy.

EDIT: when you click the link, hold down the shift key or the page will open in my blog window. I dont know why it doesn't link out, but whatever.

Lance is listening to The Killers - All The Things I've Done and feeling sick like a dog.

Bleargh, I'm beginning to make lots of bad decisions lately. For example, staying with Amanda Friday night was probably not in my best interest. Also, buying that Pot of Gold and eating a couple chocolates wasn't such a good idea either, considering I came home SICK from work. I really need to get back on track, and I need to drink more water and lose a few pounds! I can do it! *motivated*

I've updated my links and bio a bit. I plan on taking off my LJ friends page and just sticking a link to Chris' LJ. That'll ease things up. And also, Kyle, I'll stick you on my friends link list if you PROMISE to update more often.

The god/goddess I would love to get nasty with is Athena. She sounds like one of those gorgeous women that knows what they want. Plus, she's the goddess of wisdom, and I'm sure she's wise in MANY ways. Also, grey eyes look great on a woman.

The end, I'm tired.

Lance is listening to HIM - Wicked Game and feeling groggy.

I wonder... is groggy a pirate term? Pirates drank grog, a pirate booze, so maybe instead of getting drunk they got groggy? It's unimportant, either way.

I hereby PROMISE to fix my links/bio tomorrow! Also, Brenna, we need to do something about my comment box. Tis very ugly and non matching.

So, Friday I have to go to school on my day off to study Power Engineering with Anggie. Yuck. Maybe I can con her into buying me chinese buns...

Speaking of fatty foods, I really need to slow down and go exercise or something. I've gained far too much weight. And I need to spend much less money. And I need to make sure I go to bed on time. Friends, I call upon you all to help me through these sleepy, tasty, frivolous times!

Also, my DVD's came in on Tuesday and I already have 2 of them watched and one sent back, the other of which I'm going to mail tomorrow.

Amanda and I have also been watching Alias. Haha, Amanda gets so cute watching Alias. She gets all worked up about the next episode and demands to watch more. Silly kitty.

Oooh, I made a new friend recently. His name is Hiroyuki, he's a j-rocker, and he's adorable. He's very kind and polite, but equally playful. I have a few of his songs, have heard a few others, and have seen some of his pictures. He's a really cool guy. Hopefully I can meet him in person whenever he comes to Canada to see Anggie.

But I gotta go and make my lunch for today, more updates later!

And on a parting note: Which greek or roman god or goddess would you prefer to have sex with? I'll give my answer after my comment box fills up

Lance is listening to Wolf's Rain - Silver River and feeling relaxed.

Mmm, there is NOTHING better then an afternoon nap, especially when you slobber ALL ober your pillow, waking up with a peculiarly damp face. That is the feeling of pure satisfaction!

So I bought my halloween costume yesterday. It's totally freaking awesome, I dont think I can do much to improve it asides from buying a long sleeve shirt for the ninja hood. It looks freaking sweet, I cant wait to wear it in public.

In an effort to expand my music horizons, I downloaded the entire discography of Modest Mouse. What and ODD band. The vocals are very unique. The music is slow and relaxing, which I enjoy. I also downloaded a CD of the Red House Painters. They're also pretty good, but they lack the lyrical content I enjoy in my relaxing music. If anyone has any other alternative indie recommendations, my comments are open to suggestion.

I need to buckle down and study and do homework, so I'm going to cut this short. Midterms are coming up and I need to maintain my marks.

Lance is listening to Death Cab for Cutie - Expo '86 and feeling naughty for being up so late.

But it was worth it, I beat AC4. Oh my fucking god. This is the single greatest action game I have ever played. Armored Core comes in a DISTANT 2nd and I can NOT wait for the release of AC5. They have a count down on their website and I may or may not check it often. Its definately not 19 days, 0 hours, 23 minutes, and 45 seconds away.

Also, I have my halloween costume for Amanda's friend's party planned. I require knee high socks, a pair of flip-flop sandals, sweat pants, sweat shirt, turtle neck shirt, and a t shirt all in black, and maybe a belt for my sais. Can you guess what I'm going as?

What does this do...?

Lance is listening to Death Cab for Cutie - I was a Kaleidoscope and feeling grey.

So, my blog was down for a short while, so I figured "What's the point in updating?" But then I had a bunch of things to say and now I can't remember what they were! Argh!

I wasn't sleeping very well this past week, so on the way home on Wednesday I took a nap on the bus. Then I woke up and it was the final stop somewhere in the fray of Deer Ridge. I decided, in a very groggy manner, that I would give Amanda a short visit. That was nice, she was so pleasant. Quite the cutie, that's for sure.

I was depressed about losing my Gameboy and Brock's game, so at the last minute I was like "I need to drop some cash and buy myself something!" It was decided upon by me to buy Ace Combat 4, and I dont think I have ever gotten so into a game! The graphics aren't anything special asides from the fact that AC4 was a release title for PS2, but the gameplay is SO fucking amazing. The completely aerial missions blow my mind, especially the 8th mission, Shattered Skies. There are about 70 enemies in the air above a friendly rocket that's trying to make its way to space. Your mission: Engage and destroy as many enemy fighters as you can in 8 minutes. OH MY GOD it was wild. I had three bogeys on me at once, dodging this way and that trying to get the hell away from their missiles. I'm so stoked to play multiplayer, but my gamer friends are limited to Brock, and we're both really busy so that sucks.

Then on Friday, totally out of the blue, I decided to go to EB games with Jamie, an acquaintence type fellow from Gino's and Math 30. He's a pretty cool guy, but has his flaws as much as anyone does. Anyways, I decided to take all the games I dont want/play anymore with me and try to milk as much cash from them as possible. Mission: Successful! I scored EIGHTY DOLLARS in games I dont play anymore. The biggest sellers were Mario Kart and Mario Golf for the GBA. Kart wasn't even MINE, haha, some kid left it at my place last Christmas. I also recently beat Golf, so I wanted to get it off my hands. Instead of buying Brock his game back, like a GOOD friend, I scanned the pre-played GC games and was sooo shocked to see the Zelda Collectors Edition. It has the first 2 Zelda games in addition to Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. It was only $30 dollars, compared to the $80 I saw at Microplay earlier in the year, so I was like "HELLS YEAH!" and picked it up. I have about $48 left, I think, so I'm going to use that for Ace Combat 5, which is out this month (yay!). If you haven't seen anything on AC5, take a look and be amazed.

I recently watched all of Chappelle's Show Season 1. Oh god, that man is hilarious. If you get the chance to see his show uncensored, do so! It's a mission from me to you.

Amanda wanted to rent the movie Lolita the other night, so we got the Jeremy Irons version, as the Kubrick version was nought to be found. Wow. That movie was INCREDIBLE. Jeremy Irons (of Scar from Lion King fame) also has an incredibly sexy voice, and is a brilliant actor! If you want to see a piece of amazing film, watch Lolita.

That's all for now, I'm hungry.

Lance is listening to Death Cab for Cutie - Pictures in an Exhibition and feeling groggy/like a monkey.

Pre school post, before I go to school! Lucky you!

I need to add the finishing touches to my blog, but I'm so lazy. I opened my main page and links HTML thingy and was just like "Whoa, fuck that." It's a fucking ZOO in there. I hate HTML, it destroys me with complexity. Unfortunately, every WYSIWYG program I've used sucked ass at making websites. Damn it all!

To conclude, I'm glad I'm not a web monkey.
