A little about me…

Who am I?

I'm a red-headed, introverted, fangirly geek who loves to read and draw, but doesn't have nearly enough time for either. I live with my wonderful husband in our very own house in Edmonton, Alberta, along with an adorable bunny and a rascally cat. I have an unhealthy obsession with chocolate and also just a tad too much imagination at times.

For four years I worked as a professional web designer and developer, a job field that I had a tricky love/hate relationship with and in the end just left me frustrated, grumpy, and depressed. Out of the bitter ashes of that career, however, I rekindled my original dream of being a library technician and am currently slotted to go back for the appropriate schooling in the fall. In the mean time I am a volunteer at the local Humane Society as well as two libraries while I frantically try to find a new job that will not make me want to rip my hair out and beat someone with a tire iron.
