I can't remember ever seeing a sign regarding renovations like this -- any of the ones I can recall are always warning to watch your step around various construction, or your general "coming soon" sort of thing. Maybe I just don't wander around downtown enough? Either way, yes, I agree that it needs clarification. And I stand by the fact that both from remarks I hear and stories that Mason and his coworkers tell, that the trades in general are viewed by some as lower class grunt jobs, which I think is bullshit.
