YouTube-ing during lunchFor anyone who hasn't heard of communitychannel on YouTube and has any sense of humor whatsoever, you should really go subscribe right now. The channel is comprised of the random video blogs of a young Austrailian woman, Natalie Tran -- who I'm not at all shamed to declare that if I batted for the other team I would totally do her. She's equal parts adorable, geeky, and hilarious.
I've been slowly working my way through her past couple years of videos. Some particularly LULz-worthy communitychannel videos off the top of my head:
For these two she recommends you should go back and watch the other one first in the whole actual chronological order deal, but I really think it's much funnier watching them in reverse like I did:
I like communitychannel because it's a nice change at times from the vlogbrothers channel. I miss the old Brotherhood 2.0 videos. Don't get me wrong, I have so much nerdlike for the Green brothers still *hearts*, but lately it all seems to either be about John's book or Hank's music. BUY BUY BUY! It's like they've sold out... but... to themselves. :P
YES I know Paper Towns is John's meal ticket right now, and YES I know that Hank's self-written songs are very amusing, but all I'm saying is that I miss the geek-ejaculation that used to happen every week about completely random inane topics that made me laugh for absolutely no other reason than to make people laugh. :c Nat's little one-person skits never fail to fill the empty YouTube void of hilarity for me.
